By using this website (perinote.app) or signing up for the PeriNote early-access list, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What we provide
This website is a marketing site for an upcoming iOS app. It lets you join an early-access list, read sample materials, and review information about the product. The iOS app itself, when released, will have its own terms.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing on this website, in our emails, or in any future product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. The product is designed to help you organize your own notes ahead of conversations with a healthcare professional. It is not a replacement for clinical care or judgment, and it has not been evaluated as a medical device.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Sign up other people without their consent.
- Attempt to interfere with, disable, or compromise the service or any related systems.
- Use the service in violation of any applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The PeriNote name, logo, copy, design, and code are the property of the operator of this site. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website (viewing, sharing the link).
6. Communications
By signing up to the early-access list, you agree to receive emails about the product. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email; doing so will end the email relationship.
7. Service availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
